Rick Pitino Louisville basketball coach denies raping Karen Cunagin Syphera, but he admitted having consensual sex with her. Rick Pitino told police about having sex with Karen Cunagin Syphera on Aug. 1, 2003, while he was drunk at a Louisville restaurant and later on he also paid $3,000 to Syphera as an abortion expense.
Reports show that Syphera was lacking the evidence inorder to track a rape case for Rick and she failed to mention other persons who were there in the restaurant when she reported that Rick made sex with her for the second time and the source said that Rick was not there for the second allegation..
